NAYT Co. Ltd is incorporated to undertake human capital consultancy which essentially includes mass recruitment, head hunting, training and development and the  management of employee-employee relationships, which includes conflict resolution, workplace enhancements among others.

 

Our research focuses on gathering relevant HR insights to inform the strategic direction of firms, identify inherent HR challenges and structure tailor-made solutions that fixes challenges in the long haul. Our focus on Training and Coaching, Project Management, HR and Strategic Brand Marketing and Communications makes us one of the few startups with clout locally and internationally. Having worked with and for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in Ghana and across the West African sub-region, we regard ourselves as better suited to solve our clients’ Human Resource, Branding and Project Management needs.
